Community Safety is a group of teams that work together to reduce crime across West Sussex.
While reducing
crime is a clear priority, Community Safety is also about increasing people’s feelings of safety, and encouraging communities
to have their say about what is done locally to respond to crime and anti social behaviour issues that concern them the most.
The Community Safety Unit at West Sussex County Council leads on a number of county-wide crime priorities.
